Coaching services

Two ways to work together.

Parent coaching for the child who feels everything, and life coaching for the parent who is running on empty. Both are one-on-one, online, and built around your family, not a script.

Parent Coaching for Highly Sensitive Children

1:1 support for parents raising deeply feeling, perceptive kids.

Together, we translate insight into daily practice. You will learn how to respond to big emotions without escalation, set boundaries that preserve connection, and introduce gentle, well-timed challenges that build resilience and courage.

Our work is grounded in neuroscience, temperament research, attachment theory, emotion coaching, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. It is supportive for gifted, ADHD, and autistic children, whose nervous systems need strength-based scaffolding rather than behavior-driven correction.

Parents often experience
  • Fewer power struggles and emotional blowups
  • Greater confidence in how to respond to big feelings
  • Stronger connection and trust with their child
  • A clearer understanding of what their child actually needs
Service two

Life Coaching for Parents

1:1 support for the parent behind the parenting.

One-on-one coaching for parents who feel depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck, especially those who identify as highly sensitive or high-achieving, and who want support with confidence, boundaries, self-trust, and emotional resilience.

Many parents of sensitive children were sensitive children themselves. This work gives you room to look at your own patterns, calm your own nervous system, and lead your family from steadiness rather than fear.

Parents often notice
  • More emotional steadiness and self-leadership
  • Less self-doubt, guilt, and mental overload
  • Increased clarity, energy, and self-compassion
  • A stronger sense of self beyond constant caregiving
How it works

Three steps, no pressure.

01

A free 30-minute consultation

We talk about your child, what a hard day looks like, and what you have already tried. You leave with one or two things to try this week, and a clear sense of whether coaching fits.

02

A short intake form

If we decide to work together, you complete an intake form so our first session starts from your real situation, not from scratch.

03

Coaching sessions, online

We meet one-on-one by video at a rhythm that fits your family. Between sessions you practice at home, and we adjust together based on what actually happens.

Who this is for

Parents who suspect their child is wired differently, and want to work with that wiring.

  • Your child is highly sensitive, gifted, or neurodivergent, or you suspect they are
  • Big reactions, perfectionism, school anxiety, or sensory overwhelm are part of daily life
  • Standard parenting advice has not worked, and you are tired of being told to be firmer
  • You want a calmer home and a closer relationship, not a compliance program
  • You are open to looking at your own patterns, too

From our very first session, Ming created a safe space where I could be completely honest and vulnerable. I felt truly seen and understood without judgment. Through her deep listening and powerful questions, she helped me uncover the emotions I had long suppressed and guided me to explore the beliefs that shaped my reactions as a parent.
